President Jahjaga: KSF, Pride of the Republic of Kosovo

Supreme Commander of the Kosovo Security Force, President Atifete Jahjaga, visited the Ministry of Kosovo Security Force, for a farewell visit, where she was received by the KSF Commander, Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama, and the Security Force Minister, Mr. Haki Demolli.

President Jahjaga congratulated Lieutenant General Rama and Minister Demolli on successful commanding and management of the KSAF and of the Ministry. She said that Kosovo Security Force is the institution which has achieved to successfully represent our country in the region and beyond.
 
KSF Supreme Commander, President Jahjaga, said during the meeting that Republic of Kosovo is building an all inclusive Force and that Kosovo’s NATO membership is an ambition of ours. President Jahjaga thanked Lieutenant General Rama and all the Officers, Non- Commissioned Officers and soldiers of the Kosovo Security Force for their service to the country and said that KSF is the Pride of Kosovo and the most trusted institution by the citizens of Kosovo.

Lieutenant General Rama thanked President Jahjaga for cooperation, coordination and for her engagement for professionalization of the KSF in accordance with NATO standards during her mandate as the Supreme Commander of this Force.
 
After the meeting, President Jahjaga, at a cocktail held for the occasion, met and spoke to many of the cadets, soldiers, NC Officers and Officers of the KSF.
 
On this occasion Madam President stated:  “I would like to congratulate each and every one of you for your untiring work which you have shown in all these years for the advancement and professionalization of the KSF. We are all very proud of the Kosovo Security Force, who is today on its rightful path towards transformation into the Kosovo’s Armed Forces. Our aim and vision is clear, and that is for Kosovo to be a NATO member state”.
