Statement of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the incident in the north of the country
The Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo condemns the violence against the NATO peacekeeping forces by a group of citizens of the Serb community which happened today on the road Mitrovica – Leposavic and that led to the injury of a number of KFOR soldiers and citizens, considering as unacceptable the efforts of Serb illegal structures to prevent with violence the removal of barricades from the streets and to prevent the free movement of people and goods in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
