The ceremony started with the arrival of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, H.E. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, at the “Ibrahim Rugova” Square, where she was received by the Speaker of the Assembly, Mr. Glauk Konjufca.
Afterwards, the lining up ceremony of the troops of the Ceremonial Platoon of the Kosovo Security Force took place. After that, Speaker Konjufca handed over the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo to President Osmani.
This ceremony took place with a symbolic number of guests, due to the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic.
It was attended by the Ambassadors of the Quint states, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and some of the Ministers of the Government of Kosovo.
