The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, commemorated the 23rd anniversary of Qyshk, Zahaq, Llabjan and Pavlan Massacres in which the forces of the Serbian genocidal regime barbarically killed and massacred 44 civilians in Qyshk, 17 in Zahaq, 21 in Pavlan and 13 in Llabjan.
“The aim of the Serbian forces was the ethnic cleansing of this part and the extermination of the Albanian people. Each and every one of those killed is part of the history of Kosovo, the struggle for freedom and statehood. As in many other massacres, justice is being delayed. “The administration of justice not only for this case but for all the massacres that took place in Kosovo is our constant commitment because long-term peace is possible only when there is justice”, states President Osmani's commemoration.
