The Acting President of Kosovo, Glauk Konjuca, based on Articles 84 (14) and 95 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, through a letter addressed to the President of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mr. Albin Kurti has requested that this winning entity of the elections of February 14 nominates the candidate for Prime Minister.
In the letter, Acting President Konjufca, referring to the constitutional provisions and the announcement of the CEC for the certification of the results of the February 14 elections, stressed that the Vetëvendosje Movement has gained the necessary majority in the Assembly to form the new Government.
