President Thaçi met with the Prime Minister of Congo, discussing about economic cooperationMontreal, Canada, June 11, 2018 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, met with the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Bruno Tshibala Nzenze, with whom he discussed about establishing cooperation between the two countries.
“Kosovo today is a consolidated state, recognized by 116 countries and a member of many international organizations”, stated President Thaçi.
“Thank you for your support in the Francophone Organization”, added President Thaçi, and expressed the desire for the two countries to start cooperating in different sectors of life.
Prime Minister Tshibala was pleased with the opportunity to meet.
“Let us establish economic relations and learn from each other’s experiences”, said President Tshibala.
President Thaçi stated that Kosovo is ready for cooperation.
President Thaçi met with Prime Minister Tshibala in the margins of the International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA), which is being held in Montreal, Canada.
President Thaçi will be a speaker at the panel “Europe at a Crossroads” on the first day of the conference.
