The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, pursuant to the legislation in force has decided to proclaim Wednesday, November 24th 2021, a day of state mourning in solidarity and honour of the citizens of Northern Macedonia, the vast majority of whom were our compatriots and who tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident in Bulgaria.
