The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, received today the Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See in Ljubljana, at the same time the Apostolic Delegate to Kosovo, Monsignor Jean Marie Speich.
The relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the Holy See were discussed at the meeting. President Osmani thanked Mr. Speich for the attention that the Vatican has consistently shown to the people of Kosovo.
Furthermore, President Osmani expressed her conviction that relations with the Vatican can be further expanded and the readiness of the country's institutions to closely work with the Holy See to further extend this cooperation.
Monsignor Jean Marie Speich thanked President Osmani for the reception and expressed his readiness and that of the Holy See for the continuation of cooperation and its further expansion.
