The Acting President of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani, has sent a telegram of condolences to family Smaka on the passing away of Riza Smaka.

Honoured family Smaka,
With sorrow we received the news of the passing away of Mr. Riza Smaka. He contributed in the field of jurisprudence, being also a member of the Commission for drafting the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. He was also one of the signatories of the Kosovo Declaration of Independence. Professor Smaka also contributed to the parliamentary life of Kosovo, being an MP in the period 2008-2011.
Dear family Smaka, may you always live with the best memories of him, because he left behind a rich university and political legacy!
