Brigadier General Sefer Isufi has a long military experience and is a graduate in the field of security at the Army War College and the Defense University of Türkiye, respectively the Institute for Command and Strategic Direction of the Armed Forces in Istanbul.
Throughout his career at the Ministry of Defense and at the General Headquarters of the Kosovo Security Force, General Isufi has carried out tasks with utmost responsibility in the design of defense policies and plans as well as their implementation at the strategic and operational levels.
President Osmani, welcoming General Isufi, emphasized that his professional experience will contribute even more to the development and implementation of state policies in the fields of defense and security.
