The Constitutional Court of Kosovo called unconstitutional the decision to elect Mr. Behgjet Pacolli to the office of President. On March 30, 2011, this court published the decision taken on March 28, according to which, “Decision of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo No. 04-V-04, regarding the election of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, on February 22, 2011, is unconstitutional”.
