The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, received in a meeting the Ambassador of Switzerland to the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Thomas Kolly.
On this occasion, Acting President Osmani thanked Ambassador Kolly for the reception by the Swiss institutions during the official visit, and expressed deep gratitude for the constructive and substantive meetings with the highest institutional representatives.
Acting President Osmani also stressed that as a result of this visit, the first steps have already been undertaken to concretize inter-parliamentary cooperation and that soon other projects and initiatives will be initiated in various fields in accordance with the development priorities of the new government.
The importance of the establishment of the institutions as soon as possible was discussed at the meeting, emphasizing the need for full respect of the expressed will of the citizens.
Speaking about the current situation with the pandemic, Acting President Osmani highly praised the readiness of the Swiss authorities to consider the opportunities to assist Kosovo to ensure vaccines.
