The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo Glauk Konjufca, received today in a meeting the Ambassador of the United States of America to Kosovo, Mr. Philip Kosnett.
Ambassador Kosnett congratulated Acting President Konjufca on his new duties as Acting President and Speaker of the Assembly, wishing him success and confirming his and the US commitment to cooperate with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
On the other hand, Acting President Konjufca thanked Ambassador Kosnett and the United States of America for their continued assistance and partnership with the Republic of Kosovo. Mr. Konjufca stressed the importance of cooperation and further deepening of relations between the two countries, confirming his commitment to such a thing. Acting President Konjufca also stressed the importance of institutional stability and the speedy constitution of all institutions, as a precondition for the development of processes with importance for the country.
