The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, received today the Ambassador of Italy to Kosovo, Maurizio Antonini.
The current developments in the country, relations between Kosovo and Italy, as well as the advancement of bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest were discussed at the meeting.
Acting President Haxhiu praised Italy’s continued support for Kosovo, including its contribution to peace and security, as well as to the country’s European path.
Today, on the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, we remember the over 1,500 people still missing from the last war in Kosovo, many of them children.
They remain without a grave, without justice, and without answers.
