President of the Republic of Kosovo, received today at a meeting the member of the National Democratic Institute Board of Directors, Mr. Howard Dean.
President Jahjaga discussed with Mr. Dean the actual developments in our country, process of statehood consolidation, strengthening of democratic institutions and development of democracy in general.
President Jahjaga praised the contribution which NDI has provided to the democratization of the institutions and political subjects in Kosovo. She encouraged Mr. Dean to continue NDI’s engagement in Kosovo on behalf of the citizens and institutions of the country, stating that Kosovo’s success is also the success of allies and strategic partners.
Mr. Howard Dean, member of the National Democratic Institute Board of Directors, praised the achievements of Kosovo and assured President Jahjaga that NDI will continue to support the development of democracy through strengthening of democratic institutions of Kosovo.
