President Jahjaga has submitted the request to the Constitutional Court for interpretation of the compliance of the principles of the Association with the Constitution

President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, has submitted today the request to the Constitutional Court for clarification of compliance of principles of the Association with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

President Jahjaga has referred the request to the Constitutional Court based on her constitutional prerogative to raise constitutional issues at the Constitutional Court.
