Today, on the day of people with special needs, with my mind and heart, I am in every school, in every institution, and in every public space where children and adults with special needs still face many challenges in terms of access, mobility and the opportunity to enjoy multiple experiences as most citizens do.

Let 2022, proclaimed as the year of people with special needs, serve us as a daily call to do our best in increasing the opportunities for all those girls and boys, men and women, who are an inexhaustible resource of energy, optimism of infinite potential. Commitment and creation of new opportunities for them is a commitment to a dignified future for all and new opportunities for development and progress in our country. Improving the position of people with special needs in our society is ultimately improving our collective well-being.
