The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani received today at a meeting the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Mr. Gabriel Escobar.
At the meeting, President Osmani discussed with Mr. Escobar the dialogue process with Serbia, as well as the latest developments, with special emphasis on those in the north of Kosovo. Madam President emphasized that Kosovo will continue to be a constructive, equal and committed party in the dialogue process, contributing to peace and stability in the country and the region.
President Osmani emphasized that the priority of Kosovo's institutions is the implementation of the law and in this context emphasized that the decisions of Kosovo's institutions are in accordance with the Brussels agreements on freedom of movement and are not directed against any community.
According to President Osmani, the institutions of Kosovo are in constant communication and coordination with our international partners and each of their decisions reflects the country's constitutional spirit and democratic values.
