The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani received today at a meeting the charge d'affaires of the US Mission in Kosovo Mrs. Alyson Grunder, with whom she discussed the latest developments in the country, region and beyond.
The two interlocutors also discussed the next steps and concrete cooperation aiming at the expansion of relations between the two states.
President Osmani informed Mrs. Grunder with the progress Kosovo has made in terms of fulfilling commitments arising from the Summit for Democracy and expressed her gratitude for the positive assessment of the work of Kosovo's institutions by Secretary Blinken.
President Osmani and Mrs. Grunder also discussed the Forum for Women, Peace and Security, which will be held in Pristina, on October 21-23, 2022, and is one of the commitments of the Summit for Democracy.
