The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kosovo, Mr. Jörn Rohde.
The latest political developments in the country, with particular emphasis on the process of constituting new institutions, were the focus of the meeting. On this occasion, the implications of the failure to constitute institutions vis-à-vis other important processes for the country were also discussed.
During the discussion, the possibilities for further expansion of bilateral relations between Kosovo and Germany were also addressed, in light of a new government in Germany, as well as in joint engagement in various areas of mutual interest.
President Osmani thanked Germany for its continued support to Kosovo and reconfirmed the readiness to further expand cooperation to the benefit of both countries.
