Today, we honor the victims of the Kralan Massacre in Gjakova, in which the Serbian genocidal regime, after kidnapping them from the column of displaced persons, killed and burned 87 civilians, while brutally executing 45 others in and Çupeva e Epërme and Poshtme, Gllarevë, Përçevë, Sverkë and Gremnik in Klina.
These events are evidence of attempts at ethnic cleansing and extermination.
11 identified victims from Malishevë, Skënderaj and Klinë of the Kralan Massacre were reburied yesterday and today, on the anniversary of the massacre, in their hometowns.
After 26 years of waiting, Gjakova and all of Kosovo honored the 11 victims of the Kralan Massacre, which is one of the most monstrous crimes of the Serbian genocidal forces.
We have an obligation, in the name of the future, to demand accountability for the past.
Justice for them was, is and will be a state, national and human duty.
Kosovo does not forget!
