On the occasion of February 17th – Independence Day of the Republic of Kosovo, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received a congratulatory message from the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović.
In his message, President Milatović reiterated the joint engagements of Kosovo and Montenegro to strengthen regional stability through political dialogue and mutual respect. President Milatović also pointed out the potential for the expansion of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of trade and tourism.
Reaffirming the European perspective of the Western Balkans as a path without alternative, the President of Montenegro expressed his conviction that, through joint efforts and following the Reform Agenda, significant progress will be achieved in the European integration process.
