It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the passing of Ms. Kaqusha Jashari, one of the most well-known figures in the political history of modern Kosovo.
She gave an incessant contribution at crucial periods of country.
The life and work of Ms. Jashari represent dedication to the country, as a strong voice in difficult political times, as a founder and leader of a political party, as a member of parliament elected by the people, but also as a creator in the field of art.
I express my sincere condolences to the family, friends, associates and the Social Democratic Party of Kosovo.
In these difficult moments for the family, I sympathize with you and encourage you to find strength in coping with the pain.
