The Acting President of Kosovo Dr. Vjosa Osmani has commenced a two-day visit to Brussels.
On Tuesday, the Acting President Osmani will be meeting with the President of the European Parliament, David Sassoli. Ms. Osmani will also be meeting with Olivér Várhelyi, EU Neighborhood and Enlargement Commissioner .
During her stay in Brussels, the Acting President of Kosovo will also be meeting with members of the European Parliament who are part of the Kosovo Friendship Group: Rainer Wieland, EP Vice President, Lukas Mandl (EPP), Viola von Cramon-Taubade, rapporteur for Kosovo in the EP, Ilhan Kyuchyuk, of the Renew Group and Andrey Kovatchev, Vice President of the EPP.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday night, Ms. Osmani will have a meeting with EU Envoy Miroslav Lajčăk, mediator of the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue.
On Wednesday, the second day of her stay in Brussels, Acting President Osmani will meet with the Speaker of the Chamber of the Representatives Eliane Tillieux and with the Belgian Senate President Stéphanie D’Hose.
