On this day of remembrance and pride, we mark the 28th anniversary of the second attack of the Serbian genocidal regime on the Jashari family. The day when Prekaz did not bow, but rose as a bell of freedom for the entire nation.
The Serbian murderous machine was faced with heroic resistance from the Jashari family, which never surrendered.
Prekaz spoke through a rifle, because freedom is not given, but earned.
This attack was only a warning before an epopee. On March 5th, 1998, Serbia attacked again. Three days of war. 59 members of the Jashari family fell heroically, along with the legendary KLA commander, Adem Jashari. They did not fall to die, but to become immortal and to make Kosovo free.
Prekaz is the altar of freedom, the cradle of the KLA, while the Jashari Family, the flag that waves eternally!
