The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, will represent the Republic of Kosovo at this year’s European Political Community (EPC) Leaders’ Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark, which brings together 45 European leaders, including officials from EU institutions.
Ahead of the summit, President Osmani will be formally received by Their Majesties, the King and Queen of Denmark. During the proceedings, she will participate in both key sessions of the Summit.
President Osmani will also take part in a roundtable addressing Europe’s main security challenges, including the rise of hybrid threats and unprecedented provocations by Russia against NATO member states. In this context, European leaders will explore ways to leverage political momentum to make essential decisions, including enhancing defensive preparedness.
As part of the summit, President Osmani will hold bilateral meetings with attending European leaders.
The European Political Community (EPC) serves as a platform for European leaders to discuss the continent’s most pressing issues. Established in 2022, the EPC aims to reinforce political and economic ties across Europe, provide solutions to common challenges, and strengthen cooperation between EU and non-EU countries.
