Madam President welcomes the fact that the process of the constitution of the Assembly has begun to unblock and hopes that this process will be concluded as soon as possible, in accordance with the constitution. She wishes the new President Dimal Basha and the elected Vice Presidents of the Assembly, Ms. Albulena Haxhiu, Ms. Vlora Çitaku, Mr. Kujtim Shala and Ms. Emilija Redžepi, fruitful proceedings, in the interest of the country.
Madam President hopes that as soon as possible, and in accordance with constitutional procedures, the Assembly will also vote on the new Government that emerged from the will of the citizens at the February 9th elections.
