The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has commemorated the 30th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica.
President Osmani wrote:
30 years since the day genocide was committed in Srebrenica. 8 thousand Bosniak boys and men were brutally killed by the Milosevic regime.
After three decades, the voice of the Mothers of Srebrenica remains the strongest call against forgetfulness and injustice.
Kosovo stands with them, because we know what pain and loss mean, but also the unyielding fight for justice.
Let us never forget, let us never be silent!
