<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur la base de l&rsquo;appel public \u00e0 propositions de projets \u00ab Appel public pour l&rsquo;apport d&rsquo;un soutien financier au financement de projets\/programmes pour les personnes physiques et les ONG \u00bb, publi\u00e9 par la Pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, le 26.09.2023, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 8 ( 3.2) du R\u00e8glement MF-No. 04\/2017 pour les crit\u00e8res, normes et proc\u00e9dures de financement public des ONG, nous invitons les membres des organisations non gouvernementales\/soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile ainsi que les experts ind\u00e9pendants, ayant une exp\u00e9rience dans l&rsquo;examen et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des candidatures, \u00e0 postuler pour participer \u00e0 la commission d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. , Dans la capacit\u00e9 de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>repr\u00e9sentant des organisations non gouvernementales\/de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>expert\/connaisseur du domaine concern\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sont \u00e9ligibles pour postuler&nbsp;:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les employ\u00e9s d&rsquo;organisations non gouvernementales actives dans la R\u00e9publique du Kosovo&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>experts externes\/experts dans des domaines pertinents ayant au moins cinq (5) ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans la conception et la gestion de projets, ou dans des domaines similaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les candidats doivent remplir ces conditions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>doit avoir au moins le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes universitaires de base &#8211; Bachelor ;<\/li>\n<li>doit avoir une exp\u00e9rience de travail pertinente;<\/li>\n<li>ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre nomm\u00e9s \u00e0 des postes politiques, \u00eatre fonctionnaires ou occuper des postes similaires dans l&rsquo;administration publique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les candidats doivent soumettre les documents suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un CV ;<\/li>\n<li>une preuve d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes et d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle;<\/li>\n<li>le repr\u00e9sentant de l&rsquo;ONG doit soumettre une preuve d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans l&rsquo;ONG, d&rsquo;au moins sept (7) ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants susmentionn\u00e9s seront membres du Comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des propositions de projets de soutien financier re\u00e7ues par les ONG selon l&rsquo;appel public du 26.09.2023.<\/p>\n<p>La candidature peut Les candidats doivent remplir ces conditions : doit avoir au moins le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes universitaires de base &#8211; Bachelor ; doit avoir une exp\u00e9rience de travail pertinente; ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre nomm\u00e9s \u00e0 des postes politiques, \u00eatre fonctionnaires ou occuper des postes similaires dans l&rsquo;administration publique.
