The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga took part in the charity evening organized by the organization “Down Syndrome Kosovo”, in order to raise funds for programs in support of children and people affected with the Down syndrome.<\/p>\n
“I am here among you to express my symbolic but also institutional support for all the children affected with the Down syndrome”, said President Jahjaga, addressing the children, parents and other participants.<\/p>\n
“You will all have the ongoing support of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, my support as President of the country, like you have the support of your families and relatives in order that your life and your future will be normal and that you will develop in equal conditions and circumstances as others”, she said.<\/p>\n
