The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga decreed today the appointment of Mrs. Arta Rama – Hajrizi, Judge in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>\n

At the ceremony of promulgation the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Enver Hasani, was also present.<\/p>\n

The promulgation was made based on Article 84 item 19 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, article 7 of the Law no. 03\/L-121, on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as being based on the Decision of the Assembly of Kosovo on the proposal of the Constitutional Court judge, received in the Office of the President on 7 June 2012, prot. no. 696.<\/p>\n
