I believe that the deployment of the Election Observation Mission in 2013 contributed to the transparency and the inclusiveness of the electoral process.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAfter consultations with Member States and the European Parliament, I am also pleased to inform you that an EU Election Mission will be deployed.
