She also added that the vote of each citizen must be untouchable, inviolable and free, in all parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Madam President also pointed out that responsible institutions must demonstrate that Kosovo is a state of law and a state of equal citizens. <\/p>\n<p>Representatives of the institutions mandated for the organisation, proper conduct and the security of the electoral process informed President Jahjaga with all the preparations and extension of measures undertaken on the eve of the pre term general elections in Republic of Kosovo which aim to ensure peaceful and just elections.
