The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga expressed her condolences today to family Bokshi, for the death of their most beloved, academic Besim Bokshi.<\/p>\n

\nHonored family Bokshi,<\/p>\n
With sorrow we received the news of the passing away of your most beloved, the poet and prominent intellectual, the former President of the Academy of Sciences and Arts, Academic Besim Bokshi.
\nThe loss of Academic Besim Bokshi, is not only a loss for family Bokshi, but is a big loss for the culture, the Albanian language, it is a great loss for the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo, and for Kosovo in general.
\nAcademic Bokshi, will be remembered for his work and ongoing contribution for the creations and linguistic works, for the the precious contribution in the field of Philology and for his commitment and work for the Academy of Sciences and Arts.
\nThe creations and the works of Academic Bokshi Besim, will live through ages serving as a motivation for the young scholars and for intellectuals of Kosovo.
\nWe are with you during these difficult moments of sadness.<\/p>\n
