The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga was today in Prizren, where she met the directors of Dokufest.<\/p>\n
After being informed about the working conditions of the directord of Dokufest, President Jahjaga, in a statement, praised them for the hard work they do<\/p>\n
“I want to thank Veton (Nurkollari) and Eroll (Bilibani) for an exceptional work they have done here in this institution. We need to start thinking a little more about investment in terms of culture and art in general in our society”, said President Jahjaga.<\/p>\n
She said that Dokufest has been one of the organizations for years on, with the activities and organizations of which we are all proud. She stressed that this festival has elevated not only Prizren, but the whole of Kosovo on the pedestal of art and culture worldwide, making a large number of artists to come and see the art and culture of Kosovo. <\/p>\n
“We have a lot to be proud of and we must promote what we have as much as possible. I am here to offer my personal support, but also the institutional support for all the work they have done so far”, said President Jahjaga.<\/p>\n
