It would be a great honour and pleasure to join you on this historic moment, but I regret to inform you that I am unable to attend due to scheduling constraints.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to congratulate you most sincerely on your election and wish you every success in the discharge of your new duties. On this opportunity, I also wish to express my firm belief that the friendly\u00a0 relations and partnership between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Kosovo will continue to strengthen to the benefit of our peoples. In this context, I am pleased to invite you to soon visit Slovenia.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Slovenia devotes particular attention to relations with the countries of Southeast Europe and follows with special care their progress towards European integration.
