President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, met today with KFOR’s commander, Mayor General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta.<\/p>\n
In the meeting, President Tha\u00e7i said that “KFOR is among the most respected institutions in Kosovo” and enjoys the trust of all citizens of Kosovo, regardless of ethnicity and religion.<\/p>\n
President Tha\u00e7i expressed his conviction that Kosovo institutions will continue to work so that “KFOR will have less work to do”, but always aware that the presence of NATO is a guarantee for peace and stability in Kosovo and throughout the Balkans. <\/p>\n
“We will continue to work to make sure that not only NATO will remain in Kosovo, but also Kosovo to be in NATO’ President Tha\u00e7i said.<\/p>\n
KFOR’s Commander, Mayor General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta congratulated President\u00a0\u00a0 Tha\u00e7i for his new duty as the head of state.

\nHe said that KFOR has excellent cooperation with Kosovo institutions, the government and the Ministry for the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF).<\/p>\n
