President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Tha\u00e7i received today the representatives of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Andrew Russell, who is also UN Development Coordinator, with whom he discussed the work of the UNDP in Kosovo since the end of the war.<\/p>\n
President Tha\u00e7i thanked UN Development Coordinator, Russell for UNDP’s engagement both in the post-war reconstruction of the country as well as for capacity building of Kosovan institutions.

\n“You will have the permanent support of the Office of the President and myself”, president Tha\u00e7i said.
\n\u00a0
\nUN Development Coordinator, Russell briefed on segments in which UNDP is currently focused in Kosovo.<\/p>\n
He said that the cooperation with the ministries to implement the Stabilization and Association Agreement is a key priority for the UNDP.

\nCreation of new jobs, the fight against corruption and the admission of Kosovo in the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) were among other topics discussed.<\/p>\n
