{"id":68506,"date":"2017-09-28T17:22:21","date_gmt":"2017-09-28T15:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.president-ksgov.net\/president-thaci-requests-the-deepening-of-relations-with-the-holy-see\/"},"modified":"2023-03-07T09:38:50","modified_gmt":"2023-03-07T09:38:50","slug":"president-thaci-requests-the-deepening-of-relations-with-the-holy-see","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/president-ksgov.net\/en\/president-thaci-requests-the-deepening-of-relations-with-the-holy-see\/","title":{"rendered":"President Tha\u00e7i requests the deepening of relations with the Holy See"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Vatican, September 28 \u2013 The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, during the visit to the Vatican, was received by the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin.<\/p>\n<p>At this meeting, President Tha\u00e7i informed Cardinal Parolin about the strengthening of the state of Kosovo domestically and in the international arena.<\/p>\n<p>He said that Kosovo\u2019s independence has brought peace and stability to the region.<\/p>\n<p>The President thanked the Secretary of State for the support that the Vatican has given to the people of Kosovo, saying that now is the time to deepen the cooperation between Kosovo and the Holy See.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gratitude for the achievements of Kosovo would be the recognition by the entire international community.
