Madam President also mentioned comprehensive reforms in the economy. As far as the challenges are concerned, President Osmani stressed that Kosovo faces isolation due to the non-liberalization of visas, emphasizing the fact that all criteria have already been met. Regarding the dialogue with Serbia, President Osmani said that the dialogue must definitely be concluded with an agreement on mutual recognition. President Osmani has asked for Portugal&#039;s support on Kosovo&#039;s European path, as well as membership in international organizations.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDuring the talks with the Portuguese Foreign Minister, President Osmani added that Kosovo is interested in finalizing the signing of the first bilateral economic agreement, which deals with the abolition of double taxation.
