Among other things, in these comments, it is emphasized that:<br \/>\n&#8220;For the President of the Republic of Kosovo, the main objective remains the observance of the principle of affordability, equal access, and regular supply of electricity. Based on this, ERO is required as it has stated in the published document, to ensure that \u2018public consultation [is] at the centre of effective regulatory policies.
