Giacobbe the &#8220;Dr. Ibrahim Rugova&#8221; Order, which is awarded to individuals for their contribution to peacebuilding or development of democracy.<\/p>\n<p>At the awarding ceremony, President Osmani highly praised Mr. Giacobbe&#039;s work and engagement during his tenure in Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mr. Giacobbe, with his unparalleled dedication, made a valuable contribution to the advancement of democracy and peace in Kosovo. He has also provided extraordinary contribution to the strengthening of amicable relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States of America&#8221;, emphasized President Osmani at the awarding ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>President Osmani expressed her conviction that the eternal friendship with the USA will also continue to be nurtured and maintained by Mr. Giacobbe&#039;s successor.
