The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, stated that following the excellent meeting with the President of the Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, last week in Abu Dhabi, today we had the honor to welcome to Kosovo the high-level delegation sent personally by him \u2013 with a clear mission: continued support for the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n
The delegation sent by the President of the Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was led by Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the Office of the President for Strategic Affairs, which also included: Dr. Maha Tayseer Barakat – Assistant Minister for Medical Affairs and Life Sciences, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi – Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, Mohamed Haji Al Khoori – Director General of the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, Mohammed Ateeq Al Marar – Deputy Director of the C Engineering Technical Projects Division, Khamis Rashid Alshemeili – Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Montenegro, Mohamed Rashid Alsuwaidi – Executive Director for Protocol Affairs and Yousof Naser Abdulla Albuainain Almazroeui – Charg\u00e9 d’Affaires of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Podgorica.<\/p>\n

Together with the Emirati delegation and Minister Vitia, we were welcomed by the staff and management of the UCCK, parents, and children at the Sheikha Fatima Children’s Hospital, built by the Emirates. We visited the location where the new gynecology hospital in Prishtina will be built, which, based on our prior agreement, will be built with the support of the Emirates.<\/p>\n
We then visited Mitrovica, where Mayor Faton Peci welcomed us, and we also discussed the idea of a new transformative project to the benefit of all our citizens.<\/p>\n
