The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today in a meeting the Ambassador of the French Republic to Kosovo, Mr. Olivier Gu\u00e9rot.<\/p>\n
The discussion focused on the latest developments in the country, as well as preparations for the early national elections to be held on 28 December. The President highlighted the importance of ensuring a smooth electoral process and upholding the highest democratic standards, an area in which Kosovo has already demonstrated exemplary practice. The meeting also addressed the assumption of duties by the newly elected mayors of Kosovo\u2019s municipalities, including those in the north, a process completed today.<\/p>\n
