Ismet Rraci was a patriot, a prominent political activist and mayor of the municipality of Klinë, who made a valuable contribution to freedom, state building and to the institutional life.
He was noted for his courage and patriotism, but his journey was cruelly cut short on April 23rd 2001, when he was treacherously murdered on his way to work.
Our hero deserves justice, hence justice remains a must.
