The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, as part of her official visit to Austria, undertaken upon an invitation by the President of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen, met with the members of the diaspora.
President Osmani said that the visit to Austria gains added value after the meeting with the members of the diaspora.
“Thank you for standing next to us every time. We will work hard to turn the trust you have in us into a vision, work, and commitment for a better future ” stressed President Osmani.
The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani held a series of meetings during the official visit. She initially met with her Austrian counterpart Alexander Van der Bellen, where she was received with highest state honors, followed by the meetings with Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and the Minister for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology, Mrs. Leonore Gewessler.
The head of state also met with the Kosovo-Austria friendship association and gave a lecture at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna. Madam President also met with a group of successful Austrian women, upon an invitation by the First Lady of Austria, Mrs. Doris Schmidauer.
