Every time period has its own heroes and every nation bows to them. Today, we honored the memory of our eternal heroes, Jusuf and Bardhosh Gërvalla and Kadri Zeka.

Forty years ago their patriotic activity was violently stopped in an assassination attempt in Germany, where all three of our heroes were killed by the Serbia UDB.

We are proud of this generation of heroes and we bow to their work. Their cause continued for generations and was crowned on February 17, 2008, when Kosovo was declared an independent and sovereign Republic.

Today, as we commemorate these patriots, we have the opportunity to reflect on the difficult path that our people have taken until the state was made. This road was arduous but also glorious.

People like Jusuf, Bardhosh and Kadri become part of history in a meritorious way and remain permanently there!

May the memory of them be eternal!
