The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has received a letter from the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, in which he congratulated her on her appointment, wishing her success in her further work.
In his letter, President Michel has stressed that it is in the interest of the EC to see Kosovo progressing on its European path. He has promised support for the advancement of relations between the EU and Kosovo. In this context, Mr. Michel has mentioned that the EU has doubled its support for the economic recovery, the integration of the Western Balkans and especially the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic through the Economic and Investment Plan for this region approved in October 2020.
