The Director of the European Center for Security Studies, Keith W. Dayton has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga.

It is especially meaningful given your previous active involvement with the Marshall Center as one of our most distinguished alumni and due to our strong relationship with the Republic of Kosovo.
