The Acting President of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani received the OSCE Ambassador to Kosovo, Jan Braathu, in a farewell meeting

The Acting President of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, received the OSCE Ambassador to Kosovo, Jan Braathu, in a farewell meeting.

At the meeting there was discussed about the latest political developments in the country and the Acting President thanked Ambassador Braathu as a representative of the Norwegian state and as OSCE Ambassador.

 

She stressed the important role of the OSCE in supporting the CEC and other institutions in the country.

 

“The OSCE mission is very important for the democratization process”, said Acting President Osmani.

 

According to Ms. Osmani, the quality of the electoral process plays a role in advancing democracy in the country.

 

Whereas, Ambassador Braathu thanked Acting President Osmani for the reception and promised the continuation of the OSCE support for the institutions of Kosovo.
